Delivery and Returns

Swimwear should fit like a glove.  We encourage our customers to order several sizes of the styles that they like, and returned the ones that don't fit for free.  Easy!

Delivery

Buy more than one item and wherever you are in the world, delivery is free.  For individual purchases:

UK: £5.95.  Delivered within 2 business days.
Europe: £10.95. Delivered within 3-4 working days.
Global: £12.95. Delivered within 5-6 working days.

Delivery charges will be added to your order during the checkout process.  Tracking and Insurance are included within this price.  For urgent deliveries please contact us at sales@kiribati-london.com

Global clients: Purchases can be made in any currency.  Our payment system will process your order in pounds, and automatically debit your account in your local currency using the RBS daily exchange rate.

Exchanges and Refunds

Here at Kiribati we pride ourselves on impeccable customer care and are more than happy to refund or exchange any items that you are not completely satisfied with.  

Exchanges

Check that the product is in perfect condition.
Email sales@kiribati-london.com to notify us of your wish to exchange and ensure that the alternative product that you wish to receive is available.  We will then give you an exchange number.
Pop the bikini in the post within 30 days of purchase.
Once we have received it and checked it, we will send you a replacement free of postal charges.

We are happy to exchange items for different sizes or styles, and will reimburse any price difference that is in your favour to the card on which the original payment was made. If the item was a gift, we can provide you with store credit. If you are exchanging an item for a more expensive alternative, we will need to receive the price difference before dispatching the new item.  Please note that exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and checked.

Refunds

Check that the product is in perfect condition.
Email sales@kiribati-london.com to receive a returns authorisation number.  
Pop the bikini in the post within 14 days of purchase.  
Your money plus the postage fees will be returned to your card.  Please note that if the item was a gift we can only give you store credit!
